KLOW is a research blend combining four synthetic peptides: BPC-157, GHK-Cu, TB-500 and KPV.
In preclinical studies, these compounds have been investigated for complementary roles in tissue repair and inflammation: BPC-157 and TB-500 for their effects on angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels) and cellular migration, GHK-Cu for its effects on collagen synthesis and connective tissue remodelling, and KPV, a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH, for its anti-inflammatory activity.
